How we implement change is a question more relevant today than ever before. The role of the human intellect infuses the nature and determines the process by which change takes place. But how our human intellect can contribute to the transformation process? or Is our intellect perceived as a tangible or non-tangible asset? Now ultimately this argument boils down to whether we can measure non-tangibles or not. If the answer is yes we can measure intellectual input then intangible change become logically coherent and we have a perfectly rational explanation of how it takes place.

Now how is logic any different from the digital impulse - the preferred way of perceiving, processing and storing information? If we manage to transpose/project the process of reasoning onto our environmental functioning then we can find incompatibilities between the nature of our socio-economic existence and the state of the ingrained global functioning. The greater the density of incompatibility between the two core variables the greater the demand for socio-economic change. If this projection is not implemented in practice then we create preconditions conducive to socio-economic stress - political, economic, social or even psychological.

There comes another variable in the process of reasoning and implementing change. This variable is called time - or how fast we can implement change and what are the tools in the process. May be the answer is found in the digital world - a vacuum that is guided by cause and effect relationships. This vacuum is best described as a cosmic space with many neurological nodes that navigate our thinking and constitute our reasoning and develop our believes, expectations and builds our perception of what is tangible or not. 

How can we fill the density gap and reduce socio-economic incompatibilities among tangible and intangible functioning. The philosophy of the desired or needed change and the rational expectation of the outcome is often constituted by our logical input:
