      Nuclear Negotiations are at the Top on the list of priorities for the U.S.-Israeli coalition against Iran. This issue has to be settled sooner rather than later. The best mechanism to accomplish such a task are Military Enforced Sanctions crippling the Digital & Banking infrastructure of Iran. Without a reliable financial stream of income Iran will have no other choice but to capitulate its nuclear weapons Program sooner rather than later.

     Generally speaking, Countries deprived from funding as a result of missing Banking infrastructure & lack of reliable defence network or communication capabilities cannot sustain their defence for a long period of time. They can rely on their internal provisions & backup systems; however, these cannot last long or be properly utilised without Iran's ability to coordinate & fund their military responses or defence, on one hand, and carry out financial transactions, on the other.

       Iran is not a major Financial or Industrial Centre and relies on loans or financial help & procurement of weapons on China, Russia & India. By disrupting their Communication network & Procurement capacity the siege of Iran will have a tremendous success in capitulation of their nuclear weapons program & will force them to make Concessions with respect to their intimidating effort to Control trade through the Strait of Hormuz.

   With respect to Arms & Missiles control these issues are pointless in these negotiations as Iran can establish military factories in neighbouring countries to produce & import all missiles & weapons or arms when they needed them. The same applies to export of terror. This suggests that all groups which support terror in the region must be held accountable by the Governments where they carry out their activity (like Iraqi forces for example & Türkiye, where military wings of terror are suppressed & prosecuted).

     Best way to deal with the Negotiations with Iran remains a long siege along the line of Hormuz & military operations to protect Global Trade or ships by clearing mines. The most effective military operations would require cutting Iran’s cables for digital banking and internet lying under the Strait seabed & protecting the Gulf’s digital infrastructure that connects all Gulf states to the World in terms of trade, finance & communication networks.

    By Killing Iran’s defence optical cables around the Strait or Kharg Island & cutting off banking with India & China, U.S.-Israeli forces can lay the ground for further expansion of their control over the Strait to provide free navigation for all counties around the World. U.S.A. must not seek revenue from the Strait as this right naturally belong to Iran & Oman according to international law. Establishing military control, however, is the preferred alternative for restoring freedom of Navigation due to Iran's Violation of International Trade Rights for Free Navigation.

   If U.S. maintain their Siege, they will also be able to prevent underwater operations by Iran to sabotage trade & to damage all underwater digital cables & infrastructure, which will isolate & bankrupt all Gulf states. By establishing military control over the Strait, U.S. forces will be able to force Iran to bring their consent to non-nuclear weapons development &/or proliferation to the Negotiations’ table.

   Unless U.S. & Israel are capable to cut off Iran's digital Banking & Communications network; then, their military operation will prove to be a complete failure as everything else U.S.-Israeli forces have recently accomplished in this war. It is time for strategic assessment, evaluation & decisions in the course of this war with Iran. I have to warn Israel that their Capacity is limited & fading by the hour due to impaired relations with E.U. & as a result of E.U.’s strategic interests in the Middle East.

    Israel was found with the help of all Great Powers & if they continuously try to undermine the strategic interests of France, U.K., Germany, Türkiye and all Gulf-Arab state by redrawing the territorial map of the Region, they may find themselves surrounded by E.U.-NATO forces and forced to accept the will of all Great Powers or lose their promised land along with all promises of Abraham, Mathew & all Jewish religious prophets of false pretence to a Greater military force & capacity by exposing their recognized boarder to Global sanctions & reparations for all crimes committed in the region against Humanity & territorial integrity of Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, etc. countries.

     The failure of Israel as a state lies in lack of success in all their military operations due to lack of Regime alternatives in all countries in the Region due to Ethnicity & Religion, which basically suggests that structured Negotiations & Alliances with NATO is the best path forward, rather than commitment to endless war operations & destruction of all countries in the Middle East. It is time for change of Israeli Political mentality in order to find Political alternatives other than mass carnage & suppression of Human Rights, Liberties & Freedoms of people living under Israeli Dictatorship.
