В книгата се разработва нов метод в стратегическото управление, подпомагащ съхраняването и оцеляването на корпоративния бизнес в условията на динамично изменяща се среда. Този метод се нарича когнитивна топология. Методът на когнитивната топология изхожда от поведенчески и когнитивни принципи и има за цел да определи оптималното управленско поведение в различни управленски ситуации. Отстоява се тезата, че устойчивостта на организационния процес и оптималното поведение на бизнеса зависят от равнището на съвместимост между човешките отношения, работната среда и управленските процеси и дейности, протичащи в организацията. Взети заедно те определят управленското поведение и устойчивостта на стопанската дейност.

Материалът е разработен от д-р Виктор Хаджиев на базата на нова управленска методология - "Когнитивна топология" – патент № PCT/CA2012/050715 и е предназначен за нуждите на Център по управление „Оупън Майнд“ ЕООД. Той е подходящ за студенти, преподаватели, държавни служители и управленски кадри, интересуващи се от теорията и практиката на ДНК мениджмънта.
