SDR 04. THIS READING IS SUITABLE FOR ALL SES; GMS 101, 303; AND DMS 01,02,03 STREAMS.

Organizational dynamics bears a direct impact upon public capital development. As a result, this paper defines the species and forms of organizational interaction and helps evaluate their significance for the development of a socially entrepreneurial organizational behavior and managerial practices. It advocates that vertical organizational functioning (types of interaction) enhances corporate social exertion. Such interaction prescribes a socially responsible organizational identity and stimulates organizational activities that enhance organizational competitiveness; fosters inviolability of managerial functioning; promotes market principles and practices conducive to socio-economic development; stimulates the overall sustainability of the organizational process.

Social entrepreneurship also bears another dimension that is determined by the degree of development of the administrative, economic and social potential of any given society. The development of this potential is directly dependent on the governing type of the socio-economic system, as well as on managements capacity to determine possible alternatives for sustainable social functioning. The optimal governing of a socio-economic system requires a number of possible alternatives for social development, while the forms of organizational navigation serve as an important prerequisite for targeting socio-economic change.
