RELATIVITY SOFT programs a COGNITIVE DNA mechanism that creates a digital image of reality and prescribes the optimal course of action given the organizational dynamics at hand. In particular, it determines the dimension of organizational functioning by measuring the relative utility of a number organizational processes and activities. For this purpose the project takes into consideration a functioning set of micro-cognitive frames/systems and prescribes digital value to them. Basically this project creates a METACOGNTIIVE/DIGITAL IT FRAMEWORK of the organizational process that generates a number of structure-administrative cycles each one of which enjoys a different coefficient of utility.

This SOFTWARE project encompasses 4 phases:
-The objective of phase one is to determine the utility of 4 distinguished structure-administrative cycles and determine the time-frame for achieving all organizational goals that come along with each cycle;
-Phase 2: Spells the topology of the organizational process. i.e. determines the level of compatibility among administrative cycles, processes and activities. This phase is based on my scientific argument that companies objectives are accomplished sooner if an organization embarks on a highly compatible set of activities accompanied by a number of compatible managerial competencies.
-Phase 3 assesses the structure-administrative and HR risks, as well as the potential of the organization to carry out its strategic objectives.
-Phase 4 encompasses a DNA-governed software that measures the deviation of organizational functioning from its optimal course of action and thus perpetuates  process optimization within an organization. All of the above phases are accomplished by computing the point of optimal organizational functioning.
