        Israeli response to Hamas is harsh but necessary to ensure Security & Safety, however, when coupled with displacement in the West Bank & Human starvation & suffering - lack of food, water, sanitation, demolished Civil infrastructure - hospitals & schools, as well as a complete destruction of all residential buildings, limited or banned help from U.N. & restriction of the Flotilia for Humanitarian Aid for Gaza, as well as other International ORGANIZATIONS - it becomes a legal challenge to determine the types of crime that were, have & are being committed or to acquit Israel from wrong doing all together.

        The main challenge for Israel is that they undermine the Peace process in the whole region. Mass Displacements of Civilians from West Bank & Gaza; Physical Destruction & Starvation used as a weapon of war against children & elderly, alike, incl. Mass deportation of Civilians and inhumane treatment of innocent Palestinians, making them less than humans, ONLY Invite more hostilities not only from Hamas but also other arab-muslim groups & counties in the Region. Israel has oscillated the security architecture in the Middle East without hiding their ambition for Greater Israel. This invites a lot of enemies at the Gate.

        Israel must have a very clear understanding that they cannot WIN against the established Regime in Iran & change Governments in neighbouring countries that they find hostile or unfavorable. Meaning they are inviting much more death & suffering than necessary. Here is the place & time to remind, in one long sentence, that the small & arrogant (no framework for Peace & no respect for International law) country of Israel will aways remain surrounded by arab-muslim states, no matter how hard they try to diminish their influence in the region; haunted by the death of innocent Civilians & tragedies, as well as, victims of hate-crimes that the Israeli forces have committed; thus, they better make friends reather than more enemies in the Middle East & countries around the World.

      Israeli Government must either Desire to establish permanent regional instability or Foster high intensity conflicts (hostilities) from neighbours in order to justify their occupations of Palestine, Syria & Lebanon. Obviously, tumultuous times of war require strategic positioning of Israeli forces and all their activities are pointing to escalation of a larger regional Conflict probably with Iran & possibly Turkiye rather than seeking peace & stability in the Region. It is the ambition that drives their action out of pure intent inviting more hostility against their country.

       Sanctions on Israeli settlements in the West Bank from U.K. and E.U. countries are indicative of their overall violation of humanitarian LAW & International norms on Human Rights. The warrant for arrest of the Israeli leader Ben Nitay from International Criminal Court & his ban to enter more than 70 states is by itself a recognition of many legal violations, Death of innocent people &/or Cruelty against Humanity.

        Israel requires a change in their Political & Religious mentality. They are a very small country & Jewish people represent 15-20 million Globally compared to 8.39 billion people worldwide. They need to snap out of the mentality that they control the World & can determine people destinies around the World &/or plunder people's property or create a spy network in their region or diaspora around the World to inflict damage on people, businesses & their reputation.

       The Belief that they are chosen people and that their land is promised is also a misperception. Their Religious leader Abraham was a descendent of the Sumarian Civilization (Southern Mesopotania) in modern day southern Iraq & parts of Kuwait. They have built their ancient cities & temples to resemble the city walls & architecture of the ancient city of Uruk, Ur & Eridu or even the Minoan Civilization found 2000 BC.. They have been defeated many times in history to prove their Religion not capable to deliver only Victories but also loses to other greater powers.

Israel was built on a dream & legends called Religion required to preserve their Jewish state heritage & identity throughout the toughest times in their History. This suggests that they are skillful people but should never forget that other cultures & civilizations also have their dreams, herritage & history which requires mutual & dignified respect for Human rights & Freedoms for those who do not professs their Religion or simply all Israeli Jews can change their Religion (as I have done by changing my religion to Magnus DISCIPULUS) to favor Humanity over Tribes in their histroy &/or other founding tribes in the History of many other states around the World.

     The only intengible aspect that unites all Human Beings is their shared & common belief in Humanity - Socio-economic GROWTH & Human Prosperity found in mutual respect for their Lives, DIGNITY & Property. Thus, my personal conviction is that Israel are on the wrong path. The small Country needs to seek membership in Defense Alliances such as NATO that can easily bring peace, stability & economic prosperity for the whole region.

        In conclusion, given all alternatives for Peace with Palestine & all Arab-Muslim countries Israeli motives are not pure enough to prove innocent but guilty of oscillating the regional & Global Security Architecture into a wider Regional WAR & instigation of violance driving the World closer to Global WAR III.
