OPS .01 - FUNCTIONAL MANAGERIAL APPROACH.
The seminar systemises a new management approach to decision-making. It portrays organizational life as a functional set of structural subsystems that govern organizational development. It defines and studies organizational development in the light of administrative, product, market and financial process subsystems. Organizational development is seen as a function of the level of interaction and the degree of compatibility between the leading managerial processes and activities. The efficiency of the organizational process is determined in the view of subsystems' level of utility in a dynamic business environment. It illustrates the role of several internal and external factors conducive to organizational functioning, development and sustainability.
