          Politics creates an Artificial System of Governance that

          introduces 99% of all contested issues around the World

          by Political expedience, human Exploitation or

          ethnic Marginalisation!

       Many Socialists & Capitalists cannot agree to many issues pertaining to Governance: a range from the Size of Government to Responsibilities of Government. The former group advocates for a Government of the People with unlimited state or social benefits & a strong Governing entity that encompasses the full spectrum of Socio-economic services. The latter group instead insist the Government exists not to expand on social services but to provide services the individual or the organization cannot arbitrary or objectively provide, i.e. security, freedoms & rights for all.

      The differences in both groups are best laid out in the Constitution of the United State. This document also determines the zone of comfort of Public & State services. The matter, however, becomes more complicated when it comes to arbitrary power that tend to increase the Comfort of the state at the expense of all people. Increasing state Powers more often than not makes all people of the state very uncomfortable in their Existence. This is the case when it comes down to trade offs between Human Rights & Security of the state in recent months in the USA.

     In particular, the balance here is best determined by the Socio-economic situation at hand. Open Boarder policies for the past 4 years of the previous US administration have resulted in Influx of 15 million undocumented immigrants in the USA. This has caused a rapid increase in crime and many deaths in across US cities due to smuggling of narcotics or drugs that have contributed to the deaths of over 110 000 people in US. This number is greater than all American casualties in 75 years of US combat fatalities of war since World War II. The number of American military personnel amounts to 103 000 American soldiers in all US wars, incl. Korea, Vietnam, Granada, Panama, Cambodia, both Gulf wars & Afghanistan.

      At this Socio-economic juncture it is arguably the best approach to make all undocumented immigrants & criminals very Uncomfortable & make the state much more Comfortable in its functioning & existence for all other hard-working people in America. This Security argument pertains to fact that the primary responsibility to the state is to fight crime & provide security for all people in the USA. Within this framework, however, a lot of the Comfort of state security is slipping through the cracks of Human rights violation & deportation of people without a due process or violation of Citizenship rights of people born to US immigrants, whose Citizenship rights get sometimes revoked due to drug crimes they have committed.

       Obviously, the matter of state Security is not only a state but personal responsibility to protect the safety of all community members. This basically suggest greater responsibility of all citizens of the state to observe the law within all states in US & the obligation to facilitate people’s integration provided their presence in the country has been properly processed & approved by the state. The same argument suggests that those who have illegaly entered the US must obtain permission to stay in the country or be properly escorted to the point of entry where they can be legally allowed or denied access into the US.

      The Law spells the legal obligation of Boarder partol & state security or immigration services to detain & prosecute or grant access to all who seek refuge in the United States. Making people Comfortable beyond the legal means of entry in the US is obviously illegal & often wrong as it initiates irresponsible behaviour on part of all who perpetrate the Law & simply cannot be held accountable for their actions or crimes as they basically do not exist in the books of US legally residing members in the Community. More often than not uncomfortable detensions of illegal entries in the US serve to the Comfort of both all citizens & the state.

      In conclusion, the Law is the only indicator & gauging sytem whether to allow for immigrants to stay or leave in the USA. Those who have violated the law and entered in the US illegally are responsible for their own crimes & must be asked to leave the US on volunatry terms or have them escorted out of the country with the help of a LEGAL FRAMEWORK that observes their Individual rights, Dignity & Freedoms to live in accordance to their inviolable Civil Sovereignty.
