BEXO.org is a socio-economic project that stimulates constructive partnerships and dialogue among funders and those who need funding (start-ups, NGOs and public private ventures, etc.). It furnishes an intellectual framework (IF) that forms our global entrepreneurial beliefs and expectations, on the one hand, and paves the way of socio-economic progress, on the other. BEXO’s IF is introspectively proactive (IP), i.e. a visionary socio-economic framework that cultivates networking and facilitates partnership building among inspiring entrepreneurs. It registers all business needs for funding and allows all participants to showcase their expertise in all industrial sectors of the economy. Bexo.org lays the foundation upon which meaningful experiences take place and new opportunities evolve.

BEXO’s IP framework is laid out by my inspiration to promote social entrepreneurship (SE). SE is in my terms defined as a science about socio-economic functioning or dynamics that generates our existence. As any science there are fundamental underlying questions about the assumptions and the factors or activities that nurture our existence:

Q1: What type of socio-economic functioning generates a comprehensive and systematic perception of reality?

Q2: Is there anything we can change in our existence to improve our Global Society or contribute to its development?

In view of these questions we have to seek and find meaningful solutions (MS) to pressing management and public administrative concerns. MS entail sustainable decision-making in difficult socio-entrepreneurial situations. Decision-making about our common effort to build a better image of reality, an image defined not only by our common sense and judgement of right or wrong, but also characterized by a high degree of utility and socio-economic sustainability. This requires decision-making and investment decisions that will not eco with a new policy-making shift or doctrine but a judgement that will remain sustainable in years to come. This judgement must be made on the following premises (Ps):

P1: What we do today is going to have an impact on our existence tomorrow;

P2: The socio-economic landscape of today can be improved by a proactive intellectual/visionary mindset.

These premises mean that all entrepreneur and management professionals must engage in building the necessary socio-economic competences – business and administrative alike, that pull our developmental efforts in the right direction. In this context, the Open Minds (my Management Center and NGO) propose a project that can possibly fuel our socio-economic existence in the right direction. Bexo ignited my business senses and socially entrepreneurship passion as I believe it creates the necessary conditions for meaningful progress. Progress defined by meaningful business cooperation among public and private sector organizations (institutions); new opportunities for growth; building business competencies; and progress underpinned by a higher degree of socio-economic utility that facilitates peaceful economic transition in a tumultuous business and political world.

I find that there are many obstacles that preclude us from such existence now-a-days. Most of these are result of institutional barriers created by common or purposeful miss-perception of reality or at least unwillingness to act promptly on emerging pressing issues. Such socio-economic behavior creates an environmental divergence between institutional goals, reality and expectations. Public resources are being deliberately spent not to administer an adequate socio-economic existence but to compromise with the deficiencies of our global World. This prevents our socio-economic intellect from generating a capacity building motion that nurture meaningful results. In turn, this global attitude deprives many organizations from funding needed to advance and carry out innovative business projects and activities. This creates a socio-economic environment with high expectations and low performance rate.
