The main criterion in determining the qualitative dimensions of corporate administrative responsibility in the process of organizational functioning is the influence of strategic and environmental change factors upon management and organizational sustainability. It is logical to claim that organizational interactions and transformation that provides a higher management performance (better financial results, stability and proactively managerial behavior), enhances corporate administrative responsibility. In contrast, the forms and types of interaction, creating preconditions for organizational passivity (inert organizational behavior and chaotic management practices), reduces corporate administrative responsibility.
The main argument in this seminar is that corporate administrative responsibility is directly proportional to the extent of observing the safe-harbor principles of management functions. A high level of safe-harbor management enhances the level of organizational activity and limits the possibility of occurrence of managerial and organizational conflicts. Safe-harbor management forms ethical and responsible managerial behavior and builds a trustworthy managerial relationship and process interactions in view of shareholder, employees, customers and third parties (regional structures and organizations) interests.

Основен критерий при определяне на качествените измерения на корпоративната административна отговорност в процеса на организационното функциониране е реалистичното определяне въздействието на инициираните стратегически промени върху организационна устойчивост. Логично е да се твърди, че организационното взаимодействие, което осигурява по-висока управленска устойчивост (по-добри финансови резултати, стабилност и проактивно управленско поведение), повишава корпоративната административна отговорност. Обратно, формите, създаващи предпоставки за организационна пасивност и конфликт (инертно организационно поведение и хаотични управленски практики), понижава корпоративната администартивна отговорност.
Основен аргумент е, че корпоративната администартивна отговорност е право пропорционална на степента на неприкосновеност на управленските функции. Високото равнище на управленска неприкосновеност повишава равнището на организационна активност и ограничава възможността от възникване на организационен конфликт. Формира се етично и отговорно управленско поведение и отношение на организацията спрямо нейните акционери, служители, клиенти и трети лица (регионални структури и организации).
