Организационната екология е метод за оптимизиране на адинистративното поведение и повишаване устойчивостта на организационния процес. Структурно-академичната база на организационната екология има системен и взаимодействен характер. Определят се компетенциите от ключово значение за развитието на управленския капитал. Сърцевината на организационната екология е административата рамка, повишаваща усойчивостта на организацонния процес.
Материалът е разработен от д-р Виктор Хаджиев на базата на нова управленска методология - "Когнитивна топология" – патент № PCT/CA2012/050715 и е предназначен за нуждите на Център по управление „Оупън Майнд“ ЕООД.
